Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with TrueJoi Couture. Below are the details of our shipping policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Each jacket is crafted in our atelier.  Please allow 4-8 weeks for production and finishing.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

- Express Shipping on request: 1–3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship to international destinations. 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can investigate with the carrier.
