Returns & Exchanges

Each TrueJoi Couture piece is made to order. As a result, all sales are final.

Our jackets are designed with a one-size, flexible silhouette intended to complement a range of body types. We encourage reviewing product details and measurements prior to purchase.

For a more personalized fit, minor local tailoring is often the most effective option.

If a piece does not work for you, we may offer store credit (issued as a digital gift card) on a case-by-case basis:

 - Request must be made within 5 days of delivery

 - Item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition

 - Client is responsible for return shipping

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will repair, replace, or issue a refund as appropriate.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
